DELISTING ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to previous announcements relating to the
JSE requirements in respect of the injection of assets into the
Company.

On 12 April 2013, the JSE advised the Company that it would
commence proceedings to terminate the Company’s listing at the
instance of the JSE pursuant to the Listings Requirements. At that
stage, the JSE provided the Company with an opportunity to make
written representations as to why its listing should not be
terminated and was given until 26 April 2013 to do this.

The Company has not been able to show due cause to the JSE as to
why its listing should not be terminated and accordingly the JSE
will commence with the delisting of the Company at its instance.

Shareholders are therefore advised that the Company’s listing will
be terminated from the commencement of business on Tuesday, 16 July
2013 and that they will remain shareholders in an unlisted company.

31 March 2013 on SENS.
