Coal of Africa Limited (the “Company") was notified on 25 June 2013 by Investec Limited (“Investec”) that, as at 19
June 2013, Investec held 54,003,875 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the Company, representing 5.15 per cent
of the Company's issued share capital at that date. This is an increase of 0.16% (1,631,633 shares) from the previous
notice on 3 June 2013.
