NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Unitholders are referred to the publication of OCPF’s abridged
audited results for the year ended 31 March 2013 on SENS on 8
May 2013, and are advised that the Annual Report of OCPF, which
incorporates the audited annual financial statements for the
aforementioned period, was distributed to unitholders on 20 June
2013, and contains no modifications to the results as set out in
the aforementioned SENS announcement.

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of
unitholders of OCPF will be held at the registered office of
OCPF at, 96 Upper Roodebloem Road, University Estate, Cape Town
on Monday, 22 July 2013, commencing at 10:00 am for the purpose
of considering and, if deemed fit, passing with or without
modification, the resolutions contained in the notice of the
annual general meeting which forms part of the Annual Report.

The date on which unitholders must be recorded as such in the
unit register maintained by the transfer secretaries of OCPF for
purposes of being entitled to attend and vote at the annual
general meeting is Friday, 12 July 2013, with the last day to
trade being Friday, 5 July 2013.
