DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF DELTA EMD LIMITED ORDINARY
SHARES

In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
Section 122 of the Companies Act 2008, shareholders are advised of
the following:

Aylett and Company (Pty) Ltd ‘Aylett’ has notified Delta EMD that
accounts under Aylett’s management has increased its holding in
Delta EMD to 5% of the voting rights in the company.
