DEALING IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF A DIRECTOR

Datatec has received a notification from Mr C S Seabrooke of sales
of Datatec shares by Sabvest Limited (“Sabvest”), which is
controlled by The Seabrooke Family Trust, as part of a general
portfolio reduction by Sabvest for liquidity purposes. The sale
program by Sabvest is now complete.

share price at which Sabvest traded on 19 June was R57,00 and the
lowest share price was R55,05.
