CHANGES TO THE BOARD

In terms of the JSE Listings Requirements paragraph 3.59, it is with deep regret and
sadness that Command wish to announce the passing of non-executive director, Mr Kalman
Gordon Druker on Sunday, 16 June 2013. Mr Druker’s contribution to the Group will be
sorely missed. The Board of Directors, Management, Staff and Stakeholders of the Group
extend their heartfelt condolences to Mr Druker’s family and friends.

Dr Yvonne Kelebogile Nono Mohutsiou-Mathabathe has resigned from the Board of
Command with effect from 14 June 2013. The Group thank her for her contribution to the
Group and wish her the very best in the future.

Following Mr Druker`s untimely death and Dr Yvonne Kelebogile Nono Mohutsiou-
Mathabathe’s resignation, Command will make an announcement regarding their successors
in due course.
