Pursuant to paragraph 3.22 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE, shareholders of the company are advised that
the annual financial statements for the year ended 31
March 2013 are being distributed to shareholders on 18
June 2013 and contain no modifications to the results
included in the Preliminary Report which were released on
SENS on 27 May 2013.

Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 98th annual general
meeting of the shareholders of the company will be held
at   its  registered   office   at  Illovo   Sugar Park,
1 Montgomery Drive, Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal on
Wednesday, 17 July 2013 at 13:00, to transact the
business as stated in the notice of annual general
meeting posted to shareholders on 18 June 2013.
