Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders of KayDav held on Thursday,
13 June 2013 (in terms of the notice of annual general meeting contained in KayDav’s integrated annual
report issued on 31 March 2013) all of the resolutions tabled thereat were approved by the requisite majority
of shareholders.
