NOTIFICATIONS IN TERMS OF SECTION 122 OF THE COMPANIES ACT

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the South African
Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 as amended, and section 3.83(b)
of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
hereby advised that the Company has received the following
formal notifications in the prescribed form:

ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES

Clients of Allan Gray Proprietary Limited (“Allan Gray”) have,
in aggregate, acquired an interest in the ordinary shares of
the Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary
shares of the Company held by Allan Gray’s clients now amounts
to 13.2177% of the total issued ordinary shares of the
Company.

DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES

Formal Holdings Limited (BVI) (“Formal”), has disposed of its
interests in the ordinary shares of the Company such that the
total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by
Formal amounts to 0% (previously 7.46%) of the total issued
ordinary shares of the Company.

The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited and Investec
Securties (Pty) Limited acted as Joint Bookrunners on the
transaction.
