Linked unitholders are advised that Ascension is on track to meet its 2013 forecast. Ascension furthermore wishes to provide guidance that it anticipates that its distribution per B-linked unit for the 2014 forecast will be 22.5 cpu, representing growth of 20% on the 2013 forecast. The improvement in the 2014 forecast is mainly as a result of significantly better than expected acquisition growth at yield accretive prices, lower cost of capital and debt, and intensive asset management leading to enhanced overall performance in the underlying portfolio.
