In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited, Brikor’s shareholders are
hereby notified of the following changes to the board of directors of Brikor.

Ramasela Joyce Magoele has resigned as Independent Non-Executive Director of the board with effect
from 7 June 2013. The board of Brikor would like to thank her for her significant contributions over the last
26 months and wish her well in her future endeavours.
