BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES


In compliance with section 122(3) of the Companies Act (71 of 2008) and
regulation 121(2)b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011, the Company
advises shareholders that it has been notified by Foord Asset Management
(acting on behalf of their clients) that it has acquired shares in the Company
resulting in the total beneficial interest of Foord’s collective clients in the Company
increasing to 5.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
