CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR



In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
PSV (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Peter Robinson has resigned as non-executive
director with effect from 4 June 2013.

The Board thanks Mr Robinson for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
