The following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (“PDMR”) were
granted share options and/or stock appreciation rights (“SARs”) under the Company’s
Approved Executive Share Option Plan 2008, Executive Share Option Plan 2008, South
African Executive Share Option Plan 2008 and/or Stock Appreciation Rights Plan 2008 on 3
June 2013 in respect of the number of SABMiller plc US$0.10 ordinary shares as set out
