RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD


In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, the board of Chrometco wishes to
advise that Mr Christopher Seabrooke, an independent non-
executive member of the board and Chairman of the Audit
Committee, has resigned with effect from 4 June 2013.


Mr Seabrooke, who is currently a director of eight listed
and numerous unlisted companies, is in a process of
reducing his board commitments generally in order to
continue meeting expected governance standards and norms.


The Board thanks him for his valuable contribution to the
Company, particularly as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
