CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS


In   compliance  with  section   3.59  of   the  Listings
Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, the
board of directors announces the resignation of Mr David
Scott, as financial director of Bonatla, with effect from
31 May 2013.

The board would like to thank Mr Scott for his five year
tenure on the board of Bonatla.

Shareholders are advised that Mr Wilfried Voigt has been
appointed as financial director with immediate effect.
Mr Voigt’s appointment will result in his status on the
board of directors changing from that of an independent
non-executive director to that of an executive director.

Mr Voigt holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial)
degree and is registered as a CA (SA). He has previously
held varied positions within CSIR, ISCOR, Atlas Aircraft
Corporation and UEC Projects. He completed his articles
with Nexia Josman Seidel, and subsequent to passing his
board examinations to qualify as a CA (SA), ran his own
successful accounting consultancy, and served as the
Financial Director of Queensgate Hotels and Leisure Group
for a period of three years.     Since the beginning of
2010, Mr Voigt has run his own accounting consulting
practice.   He has been an independent non-executive
director and a member of the Audit Committee of Bonatla
since August 2011.

The company will appoint new independent non-executive
directors in due course.
