African Eagle Resources plc (“African Eagle” or “the Company”, ticker AIM: AFE; AltX: AEA) was notified
on 21 May 2013 that as at 20 May 2013, Vestra Wealth LLP, held a total of 26,139,058 ordinary shares in
the Company which, as at that date, represented approximately 3.77% of the total voting rights of the
Company. The 26,139,058 ordinary shares conferring these voting rights are registered in the name of
Vestra Nominees Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vestra Wealth LLP.
