GEN – 1time Holdings Limited – Censure imposed by the JSE on both 1time
Holdings Limited and Mr B. Komani in his capacity as a director

The JSE Limited (“JSE”) wishes to advise the following concerning certain
findings by the JSE in respect of 1time Holdings Limited (“1time”) and Mr
     B. Komani:

              1. The JSE has found 1time to be in breach of the General
Principles (iii) and (v) and paragraph 3.4(a) of the JSE Listings
                 Requirements (“LR”).
              2. The JSE has also found Mr B. Komani in his capacity as director
of 1time to be in breach of the General Principles (iii) and (v) of
                 the LR.
              3. In both instances 1time and Mr B. Komani allowed materially
price sensitive information to be provided to certain media
houses prior to the release of the SENS announcement on 2
November 2012 regarding 1time’s main trading company and
subsidiary, 1time Airline (Proprietary) Limited’s application for
                 liquidation.
              4. The JSE has decided to impose this public censure on the
parties in relation to the above mentioned breaches of the LR.”
