Shareholders are referred to the announcement released over SENS on 11 April 2013. The financial effects of the
share acquisition referred to therein were and remain in the process of being finalised and will be published in due
course.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in their shares until the
financial effects of the share acquisition are announced.
