Further to the cautionary announcements dated 28 February 2013 and 25 March 2013,
shareholders are advised that negotiations are still in progress with potential buyers with
regard to the proposed disposal of the companies and underlying assets held in the
Construction Products Africa Platform.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities until a full announcement is made.
