Alan Clark has replaced Graham Mackay as SABMiller’s representative on the board of
Anadolu Efes Biracilik ve Malt Sanayii A.S. (“Anadolu Efes”) with effect from 21 May 2013.

Anadolu Efes is listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
