ANNOUNCEMENT – 60 DAY RULE EXTENSION


Vukile linked unitholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 12 March 2013 relating to
Vukile’s proposed empowerment transformation transaction. Unitholders are advised that the company has
received an extension from the JSE to the 60 day rule in terms of paragraph 11.19 of the JSE Listings
Requirements. The necessary circular is in the process of being approved by the JSE and will be posted to
unitholders in due course.
