DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES IN THE HOLDING OF THE B-LINKED UNITS OF
HOSPITALITY PROPERTY FUND LIMITED

In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
Section 122(1) of the Companies Act, 2008, unitholders are advised
that Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd has notified the
Company on 17 May 2013 that accounts under its management has
decreased its holding in the Company from 50,47% to 49,89% of the
voting rights of the B-linked units.
