NOTICE OF SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING

Shareholders are advised that the Company’s annual report (“the annual report”), incorporating the group
audited financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2013, was dispatched to shareholders today
and will be available on the Company’s website (www.masrei.com) shortly.

The annual report contains a notice of a meeting for MAS shareholders, which will be held at 25 Athol
Street, Douglas, Isle of Man on Wednesday, 26 June 2013 at 11.00 (BST).

The record date on which shareholders must be recorded in the Company's share register in order to
attend and vote at the meeting is Monday, 24 June 2013.

MAS has its primary listing on the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and a secondary
listing on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
