SA Corporate unitholders are advised that, at the
voluntary annual general meeting of SA Corporate held at
the Gateway Meeting Room, Property on Fifth, Mutual Park,
Pinelands today, all the resolutions were passed by the
requisite majority of unitholders present or represented
by proxy.
