DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS


In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, African Monarch 710 Investment
Holdings (Proprietary) Limited (“African Monarch”) purchased the following on the open market:


        18 745 Brimstone ordinary shares at a price of R12.89 per ordinary share, with a total value of
        R241 623.05 on 7 May 2013; and
        16 000 Brimstone ordinary shares at a price of R12.90 per ordinary share, with a total value of
        R206 400.00 on 7 May 2013.


Executive directors F Robertson, MA Brey and LZ Brozin each have an indirect beneficial holding of 25%
in the share capital of African Monarch.


Clearance to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
