NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT AND
PARAGRAPH 3.83(b) OF THE JSE LIMITED LISTING REQUIREMENTS

In accordance with section 122(3) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008
(“the Act”), and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, holders of ordinary shares in Mvelaserve are advised
that BB Investment Company (Pty) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of
Bidvest Group Limited (“Bidvest”), has acquired a beneficial
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company (“the securities”),
such that its beneficial interest in the securities of the Company
represents 34,75% of the Company’s total ordinary shares in issue.

Mvelaserve hereby confirms that it has received the required
notice from Bidvest in terms of section 122(1) of the Act. As
required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, Mvelaserve has
filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
