- CHANGES TO THE BOARD


Results of AGM

Shareholders are advised that all of the ordinary and special
resolutions tabled at the AGM held today, Tuesday, 30 April
2013, were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.


The special resolutions, where applicable, will be filed with
the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in due
course.


Changes to the Board


In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited’s Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised of the following
appointments:

  -   Ms Krishnee Pillay CA(SA) (36), has been appointed as executive
      financial director of the Company with effect from 1 May 2013.
      She relinquishes her current role as IFA’s Vice President
      Finance.   Krishnee is a chartered accountant with many years’
      financial and business management experience; and
  - Phillip Guy Rene’ de Sylva (57), who is currently IFA’s Vice
    President Operations and executive director of the Company, has
    been appointed as company secretary with effect from 1 May 2013.

  The Board wishes Krishnee and Phillip well in their new roles
  with the Company.
