TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2013
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required to publish a trading
statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial
results for the period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the
previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that the headline earnings per share ("HEPS") for the year ended
28 February 2013 is expected to be between 80% and 100% higher as a result of revaluation of land
and buildings and earnings per share ("EPS") is expected to be between 40% and 60% lower than
the previous year.
The group is in the final stages of finalising its audited results for the year ended 28 February 2013
which are expected to be published on SENS on or before 31 May 2013. Shareholders are further
advised that the above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the group`s auditors.
