CONFIRMATION OF TIME OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders must please take note that the time of the Annual General
Meeting of the Company scheduled for Monday, 20 May 2013 is 10:00 am
(South African time) and not 10:00 am (GMT) as stated in the separate
Notice of Annual General Meeting posted to shareholders who elected to
receive only the Notice of Annual General Meeting on 10 April 2013. Further
note that the time of the Annual General Meeting as reflected in the Notice
of the Annual General Meeting included in the 2012 Integrated Annual
Report and the subsequent No Change Statement and Notice of Annual
General Meeting SENS announcement is correctly stated as 10:00 am.
This incorrect statement of time is regarded as an immaterial defect in
terms of Section 62(6) of the Companies Act, Act 71 of 2008. In the event
of any objections to the starting time of the Annual General Meeting on the
scheduled date prior to commencement of the Annual General Meeting, the
Chairman will consider a postponement of the meeting for one hour to
bring it in line with the time stated in the separate Notice of Annual General
Meeting posted to shareholders on 10 April 2013 so as to not prejudice any
shareholder in relation to the incorrect statement of time in such notice.
