(ii) Peregrine Equities (Proprietary) Limited, (“Peregrine Equities”), has acquired a beneficial interest in ordinary shares of Control Instruments, such that its beneficial interests in the ordinary shares of Control Instruments now amounts to 8% of the total number of shares in issue. Control Instruments hereby confirms that it has received the required notices from Tantalum Capital and Peregrine Equities in terms of sections 122(1)(b) and 122(1)(a) respectively of the Act.
