Further to the announcement released on SENS on 28 March
2013, shareholders are advised that, at the adjourned annual
general meeting of Hudaco held today, Special resolution
number 4 relating to the adoption of a new memorandum of
incorporation was passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders present or represented by proxy.
