In compliance with rules 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, and with the approval of the JSE, the following
information is disclosed:

In 2007, share options were extended to certain participants,
including Mr PJ de Jongh, non-executive chairman of the company.
The shares were incorrectly issued to the participants at that
time, and the director’s dealing set out below reverses the error
and transfers the shares back to the StratCorp Share Incentive
Trust at no consideration.
