The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places. The distribution amount is constituted by: - 14.6511 cents in respect of dividends; - 0.71764 cents in respect of interest; and - 0.18125 cents in respect of other income. The gross dividend of 14.6511 cents per share instalment is made of a gross local dividend of 3.21361 cents per share instalment and a gross foreign dividend of 11.43750 cents per share instalment. The gross local dividend of 3.21361 cents per share instalment is subject to the local dividend tax of 15 percent. STC credits utilized equate to 0.00065 cents per share instalment, resulting in a net local dividend of 2.73167 cents per share instalment.
