DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL AND ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES

In accordance with section 122 (3)(b) of the Companies Act,
No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
hereby advised that the Company has received formal
notification in the prescribed form of the following movements
in the securities of the Company:

-   TIH Capital Partners Limited (previously known as Typhoon
    Investment Holdings Limited) has purchased additional
    Torre shares resulting in an increase of its interest in
    the securities of the Company to 21.57%;
-   Trinity Asset Management (Pty) Ltd, on behalf of its
    clients, has disposed of Torre shares resulting in a
    reduction of its interest in the securities of the Company
    to 0.26%.
