Shareholders are reminded of the Annual General Meeting of the Company
to be held on 20 May 2013 at 10h00 at EVRAZ Highveld Steel and Vanadium 
Limited, eMalahleni. The record date for shareholders to be recorded in 
the securities register of the Company in order to be able to attend, 
participate and vote at the Annual General Meeting is Friday, 10 May 2013.

The Company’s 2012 Annual Report containing the audited annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 December 2012 was posted to shareholders 
on 10 April 2013 and contains no modifications to the preliminary results 
which were published on 13 March 2013 and therefore no abridged report will 
be published.
