Shareholders are advised that the company’s annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 December 2012, are available on the
company’s website and are unchanged from the audited results which
were published on SENS on 27 February 2013.
The 2012 integrated annual report, posted on 3 April 2013 is also
available on the company’s website on www.grindrod.co.za.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company
will be held in the boardroom, 1st Floor, Quadrant House, 115 Margaret
Mncadi Avenue, Durban on Wednesday, 29 May 2013 at 14h00, to transact
business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting. The
notice of annual general meeting forms part of the integrated annual
report.
The record date of shareholders to be recorded as such in the
securities register of the Company in order to be able to attend,
participate and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday,
24 May 2013. The last date to trade to be able to attend, participate
and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 17 May 2013.
