Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Index Warrants (Autocalls), hereby notifies holders of their
automatic option expiry which occurred on 28 March 2013 (see the related securities above).

On 28 March 2013 (the Valuation and Exercise Date), the Index Level was 35259.1, therefore the Autocalls
automatically exercise and expire on 28 March 2013, and the Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount
determined as follows:

Reference Amount x 112%

Reference Amount = R10, 000.00

The Cash Settlement Amount per Autocall held on 28 March 2013 will automatically accrue to the holder via instruction
through STRATE.

Holders who elect to receive the Cash Settlement Amount will receive R11, 200.00 on 05 April 2013 for every warrant
held.
