The Board of Directors of the Company would like to provide an update to Shareholders that the profit before tax for the financial year ended 31 January 2013 is expected to be 18% higher than the prior financial year. Profit after tax is expected to increase by 14%. The Board of Directors would also like to inform Shareholders that during February 2013 the Company acquired the remaining 37.48% of Micro Africa Limited for a cash consideration of USD 1,978,318 making Micro Africa Limited a 100% subsidiary of Letshego Holdings Limited. In line with Botswana Stock Exchange listing requirements, the Company will publish the final audited financial results for the year ended 31 January 2013 once the external audit is finalized and all internal governance processes are completed.
