statements for the year ended 31 December 2012, was dispatched to linked unitholders on Thursday,
28 March 2013, and contains no changes from the condensed consolidated audited financial
statements which were published on SENS on 6 February 2013.

The integrated report contains a notice of annual general meeting for Resilient, which will be held at
the company’s registered office, 4th Floor, Rivonia Village, Rivonia Boulevard, Rivonia on Friday,
