In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
FoneWorx (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Graham Groenewaldt has been appointed
as an executive director with effect from 27 March 2013.

Graham began his career at Telkom in the technical department. Following on from Telkom, in 1987 Graham
co-founded Qualicom, specialising in servicing and maintenance of PABX and telecommunications
equipment. In 1991 Teleboss bought Qualicom and Graham stayed on as Operations Director and in 1995
Graham became Managing Director at Teleboss. After managing Teleboss for four years, he sold his interest
to look for other opportunities and took up the position as CEO of TeleMessage in October of 1999 and in
December was appointed to the board of directors as Managing Director. TeleMessage was merged with a
subsidiary of Interconnective Solutions Ltd, now FoneWorx Holdings Ltd, in 2003.

The Board welcomes Graham and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
