FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Linked unitholders are referred to the previous cautionary announcements released on SENS on 5 December
2012 and 22 January 2013 regarding the proposed acquisition of a portfolio of office properties known as
the Nthwese office portfolio.

The financial effects of the acquisition are still in the process of being finalised and will be published in due
course.

Rebosis linked unitholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the company’s linked
units until further announcements are made in this regard.
