Debenture holders are advised that the Foord Compass Limited 2012
Annual Report (“Annual Report”) has been published on the
company’s website (www.foordcompass.co.za) today. Hard copies will
be dispatched to debenture holders shortly.

The annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December
2012, as set out in the Annual Report, contain no modifications to
the reviewed preliminary report for the year ended 31 December
2012 which were published on SENS on Friday, 18 January 2013.
