Intu Properties plc (the “Company”) has been notified that Mike Butterworth, Chief Operating Officer and
a PDMR of the Company, has acquired a total of 9,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company at
an average price of £3.30 per share. Mr Butterworth’s beneficial holding following this acquisition is
9,000 ordinary shares of 50p each (0.0009% of the total issued share capital of the Company).
