In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited’s Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Ms Ayanda Sisulu-
Dunstan has resigned as an independent non executive director
of the Group, effective 19 March 2013.

The board wishes to thank Ayanda for her valuable contribution
to the Group over the past five years.
