DEFERRED BONUS PLAN 2007

In compliance with the JSE Limited       Listings   Requirements,   the
following information is disclosed:

The Chief Executive Officer has been allotted the right to receive
32 534 matching awards for shares purchased in Hulamin in terms of
the Hulamin Limited Deferred Bonus Plan 2007. The transaction was
concluded on 13 March 2013. The ordinary shares were purchased on
the market, at a price of R4.55 per share.
