Further to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on
12 July 2012, 24 August 2012, 8 October 2012, 19 November 2012
and the detailed cautionary dated 14 December 2012 and renewal
on 31 January 2013 shareholders are advised that negotiations
are ongoing and shareholders are accordingly advised to continue
