CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Adv. Kgomotso Moroka
has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the
Company with effect from 13 March 2013.

Adv. Moroka has a B.Proc and LLB degree and is a practising
advocate and a member of the Johannesburg Society of Advocates.
She is an executive member of the General Council of the Bar and
serves on a number of boards, including inter alia Netcare
Limited, Standard Bank Group Limited, South African Breweries and
is the Chairman of Gobodo Forensic and Investigative Accounting
(Pty)Ltd and Royal Bafokeng Platinum.

Metmar’s board of directors (“Board”) welcomes Kgomotso and wishes
her every success in her new role. The Board believes that her
knowledge and experience will greatly contribute towards achieving
the Company’s objectives.
