SHARES

In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements
and Section 122 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008,
shareholders are advised that Investec Asset Management
Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“Investec”), has acquired Liberty
shares on behalf of segregated clients and as a result
Investec now has a beneficial interest of 5.17% in
Liberty.
