RAUBEX ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL AND COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR


12 March 2013 - Shareholders are advised that Francois Diedrechsen has resigned as
Financial and Commercial Director of Raubex with effect 31 March 2013. James Gibson,
currently Group Financial Accountant, will assume Francois’ duties with immediate effect.

Koos Raubenheimer, Raubex founder and Chairman, said: “W e thank Francois for his
invaluable contribution to Raubex over the past nine years and w ish him w ell in
his new endeavours. I n particular, w e are pleased that he rem ains available to the
Group as an ex ternal advisor.”

James Gibson joined Raubex as Group Financial Accountant in 2006 and has managed the
overall Group financial function since then. He played a key role during the listing process on
the JSE Limited in 2007 and also supports the investor relations function. Prior to joining
Raubex, James held various positions at SABMiller and in the United Kingdom.

Raubenheimer added: “Jam es has a very good control of the Group’s financial
function and a deep understanding of our business. W e w ish him w ell in his
ex tended role w hilst a decision about a perm anent appointm ent is being m ade.”

The process of selecting a permanent candidate for the role of Financial Director is on-going,
and the Group will make a further announcement in due course.
